Lakhsmi Long Haram by Shankarlal

Laxmi harams are a trend that comes from the south of India. It forms an integral part of the south Indian traditional jewelry family and is known to look really grand and give you a cultural outlook to your long.

The basic structure of Laxmi harams is that the pendants of these necklaces have goddess Laxmi miniatures carved onto it with gold. There is a variety that comes in this format of jewelry and looks quite ethnic when paired up with any traditional Indian outfit.

This collection, presented here, is also all about traditional Laxmi harams from Shankarlal Jewellers. These antique pieces are amalgamated with modern aesthetics by pairing them up with precious elements.

The first one is woven around the color theme of green. The necklace has multiple layers of beaded chains as a part of the necklace with a pendant in the center. The multiple layering of green oval beads woven with each other also has floral embellishments over it.

The floral designs augmented over the join of beads are embedded with diamonds. Now, let's come to the main thing that this entire post is curated around. The pendant of this necklace is a huge one containing the goddess Laxmi sculpture made of gold. It is bordered with diamond embellishments around it. South sea pearls hanging at the bottom of this pendant.

If you are into shiny pieces of jewelry made out in the fancy of diamonds and gold with hints of other precious stones to add a slight hint of color then this one is just what you can think of. It is a mid-length necklace with huge patternised blocks of gold crafted around diamond embellishments in huge numbers. It is a perfect combination of gold and diamonds gelled up together to craft an exquisite piece of Laxmi haram.

The pendant has goddess Laxmi carved onto it in pure 22-carat gold with a dimaond branch like embellishments around it. Falling from this set are golden designed beads hanging from the pendant as well as the chain. There are green emerald stones and rubies placed in a distance that brings a tinge of color to the piece.
